Currently Looking to fill the above mentioned role for a Client

Work duties, Responsibilities and Tasks: Data entry of applicants’ information into customized portal on a timely basis; Review and verify customer’s data (employee number, employee salary, and employee recruitment start date and employment tenure); Respond to customer inquiries/disbursement and repayment complaints and escalate to where necessary; Proactively drive sales of loan products; Serve as a point of contact to resolve any deduction/reconciliation challenges; Achieve monthly remittance within agreed timeline, 3 days in new month; Review own performance with the aim of meeting and exceeding set targets; Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports on a timely basis and Recommend changes in product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Required Qualifications and Experienceegree in any relevant field (B.Sc./HND/ OND) and Relevant experience in Administrative roles, Customer support, Marketing and Sales.
