1. Greeter

Responsibilities: Welcome customers as they arrive into the banking hall with a warm and pleasant disposition; Provide customers and visitors with useful information on banks products and services; Welcome customers as they arrive into the banking hall with a warm and pleasant disposition; Guide and manage customers seamlessly within the banking hall, ensuring TAT is achieved; Effective queue management; Quality Control Officer with respect to customer satisfaction; Report all perceived negative/suspicious observations to the HBO/HCSU; Ensure customer satisfaction/ experience and Administer Customer Satisfaction Survey questionnaires


Qualification: Candidate must have OND/HND and B.Sc with a minimum of Lower Credit and Second Class Lower with Good communication skills and Basic Computer Knowledge and must reside in Isolo; Ogba; Ajah and Tin Can Apapa or its environs. Candidate must be 35 years and below.


2. Marketers


Responsibilities: Create awareness about the Hotel's Products and Services; Engage with potential new customers to use the firm's facilities and build relationship with the Bank; Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals


Qualifications: Candidate must have OND/HND and B.Sc with a minimum of Lower Credit and Second Class Lower with at least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing. Candidate must have Good communication skills with Strong Negotiating and Persuasive skills with Basic Computer Knowledge. Candidate must be 35 years and below and reside in the Island and its environs
