Everyday in Africa, a gazelle wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest lion or be killed. Every morning, a lion awakens knowing it must outrun the slowest gazelle or starve to death. it doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up, you better be running!

The Challenge

• Do you know that over 10 million gradautes are unemployed
• Do you know that out of above 160 million Nigerians, over 20 million youths of Nigerians are unemployed
• Are you aware that among those unemployed graduates, OND holders topped the list, followed by Secondary school leavers, University degree holders, Postgraduates, and then NCE awardees
• The greatest challenge been that Nigerian Labour market can only absorb only 10% of the entire school output
