1. He/She must be an SSCE/NECO certificate holder preferably. 2. He/She must be a resident in P/Harcourt or other province in Rivers State. 3. He/She must possess a functional camera phone with at least 2.0 mega pixels and a 1GB memory capacity. 4. He/She must know different areas in Port Harcourt very well.
5. He/She must be smart, a GO GETTER and be able to work independently or in a team.
6. He/She must have at least SSCE/NECO certificate.
