Vacancy exist for a mobile phone repairer:

JOB PURPOSE:
Involved in hands-on trouble shooting, repair and/or cleaning of consumer Products. Able to repair, refurbish, or clean Consumer cell phones, tablets, and other products normally associated with consumer electronics. Responsible for product-associated paperwork, documentation, and the moving, handling, wrapping or packing as necessary to complete routine and non-routine tasks associated with assigned products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete all products as assigned to maintain high quality repairs of consumer cell phone products
Ensure proper operation of assigned items
Interact with service center, store personnel and end-user customers in support of repair and product support needs
Maintain the quality of work and technical skills
Maintain productivity requirements as assigned
Work with stores to ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policy and product service best practice routines
Examine cellphone unit and observe operation until an initial suspicion is developed to open up the unit and perform further checks using electronic hand tools and prescribed testers
Ensure that all pertinent repair and testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition
Determine parts to be replaced and provide cost estimates to the client prior to starting any work additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Training or experience commensurate with need
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, timely, cost effective repairs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Should have adequate knowledge in RF and cellular operating technologies (GSM or CDMA)
Should have above average comprehension skills to follow medium complexity instructions in cellphone repair.
Should have strong computer proficiency, both hardware and software, and peripheral devices used in the repair of cell phones.
