1. Trisat is recruiting for an experienced and motivated CONTACT CENTER ADVISOR.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan website design by clarifying goals; design functionalities
Upgrade site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links
Protect site by designing and installing security precautions
Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions
Initiate, coordinate, write, edit and produce newsletters periodically
Carry out online engagement activities such as blogging, Newsletters, updating of websites, etc
Support end users and increase customer engagement through continuous development of user guides (video and text), using web tools, such as Wiki, forum, email marketing, blogging, newsletter creation
Support end users using customer support applications such as Skype, Team Viewer, voice call and live chat.
Create reports and resolve customer complaints using incident management system
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
BSc/BTech/HND degree in any field with certifications in graphic & web design technology and a minimum of 2-4 years working experience with verifiable proof of competency
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
Ability to communicate the benefits of the product to the target audience
Ability to optimize and communicate the sign-up process to prospective clients
Ability to combine IT skills with business processes
Ability to analyze visitor behaviors on the website through the use of web analytics and google analytics
Ability to design newsletters and other graphic contents with a professional touch
Ability to continuously nurture non-paying customers to become paid customers
Ability to do continuous research on market needs through feedback systems
Ability to resolve technical related problems based on the web tools
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to be creative, Innovative & Proactive

2.Trisat is recruiting for an experienced and motivated SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, and partner organizations;
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
Maintaining and updating customer databases;
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies;
Evaluating marketing campaigns;
Monitoring competitor activity;
Supporting the team members and other colleagues
Other tasks as may be assigned to you by your supervisor
Qualification and Experience
BSc or HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications or Sociology with minimum of 3-4 years in the same or similar job position
