Job Title: Support and Out-Sourcing Executive
Location: Lagos


Responsibilities
The Support and Out-Sourcing Executive has overall responsibility to plan, execute, manage and deliver on customer support service level agreements. Outsourcing and support contracts. The includes running the service desk, assigning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver contracts and support services according to plan.
Making sure that customer objectives are fulfilled in alignment with corporate business objectives.


Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. or HND in engineering, computer science or other related discipline/technical background with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a similar position.
• Must possess relevant professional certifications-ITIL foundation (minimum)
• Experience in managing technology solutions based contracts and support services are also desirable.
