IT Support Officers needed urgently

An IT support company with presence in Lagos, Abuja and other part of the country needs the services of an IT Support Officer to join its Lagos team of professionals that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions to its esteemed clients across the country.

Expected Attributes:
* Proficiency with windows operating systems (win 7, vista, XP).
* Extensive use of Engineering software, Microsoft office packages and tools etc.
* The ability to think beyond the boundaries and challenge the status-quo.
* Effective listener: good at listening to requirements or problems without bias.
* Constructive questioning: good at identifying all before the necessary criteria.
* Have strong analytical, problem solving and decision- making skills.
* Experienced in Networking, Software management, Hardware management and other related I.T peripheral
* Strong I.T knowledge and experience to enable effective appreciation of the customer’s requirements and the environment in which the solution will be required to operate.
* Good at building rapport with the customer in order to achieve a closer working relationship and openness.
* Have the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions to technical problems.
* Good planning and presentation skills

Educational requirement: OND/HND/BSC

Salary: very attractive and commensurate with experience.

Note: Candidate that lives close to Yaba Area of Lagos has a better advantage.
