SPECIALIST, CRM INTEGRATION
Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
Work with Manager, CRM and Resource management in the design and implementation and integration of all interfacing systems to the CRM application
Primary activities
· Responsible for the planning, design and integration of new interfaces with the provisioning/CRM system.
· Participate in the documentation of Request for Proposal/Request for Quotation for provisioning/CRM systems.
· Responsible for managing all projects relating to the deployment of new functionality/patches/upgrades/integrations with the CRM/provisioning systems.
· Facilitate user acceptance testing in liaison with relevant teams on all new integrations with CRM.
· Monitor the performance of CRM/provisioning interfaces to ensure maximum uptime
· Responsible for documenting policies and procedures/user guide for newly deployed CRM systems.
· Gather and analyse end user feedback on all CRM integrations/interfaces deployed.
· Close co-ordination with the IT strategy team to ensure delivery of new business capabilities to specification.
· Assist in ensuring minimal impact to end user services during system changes, upgrades, patches or bug fixes.
· Provide support in the resolution of related problems escalated by customers relating to interfaces and newly integrated nodes.
· Assist in managing relationships with third party IT vendors/suppliers.
· Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, CRM
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, CRM
Job Requirements and Skills
Previous Experience: First degree from a recognised University REQUIRED.
Post Graduate Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree OR MBA is of ADVANTAGE.
Experience: 5- 7 years’ work experience with at least 5 years at supervisory position ESSENTIAL.
Certifications and Training Requirements: IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc.) is of ADVANTAGE.
