Newstar metal limited, an international construction company require the service of qualify personnel in the following position:

POSITION: SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST

LOCATION: LAGOS

Job Description:

Provides information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
File and maintain records
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
Perform administrative support tasks
Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public
Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other document
Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability
Receive payment and record receipts for services
Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of OND in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office package
Fluent and eloquent

POSITION: ACCOUNT CLERK

LOCATION: LAGOS

Job Description:

Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
Prepare and submit customer invoices
Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of OND in Finance or Accounting or any Social Science field
Minimum of years work experience in similar position
Must be able to pay attention to details
Problem-solving skills


POSITION: OFFICE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: LAGOS

Qualifications and Requirements:

must have minimum of SSCE certificate.
must have versatile knowledge of Lagos roads

must be computer literate
