Project Controller
Job description:
To take total accountability for the successful implementation of all technical/engineering projects for our customers in a professional manner and within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost. Also, to be responsible for compliance monitoring to ensure the right processes are followed in project, acquiring, developing and managing technical resources (internal & external) required for successful delivery of various projects. Responsible for PAC, FAC, Quality checks acceptance of all projects. He is also responsible for maintaining the relationship with all clients’ project stakeholders (Procurement, Regional Managers, Project Managers etc)
¨ Ensure CCL has a good relationship with all customers’ project stakeholders as in project stakeholder list. Identify, maintain and develop relationship with new project stakeholders
¨ Stakeholders management (internal & external) – includes sub-contractors, materials vendors and human resources providers, internal departments (finance, logistics, marketing and Sales and Technology & IT departments)
¨ Support quality assurance and overall integrity of projects with technical manager, team lead and team members.
¨ Ensure quality is achieved and as agreed with the customer.
¨ Assist with quality control & assurance policy reviews and audits
¨ Ensure all acceptance and quality check processes of the customer is followed and understood by project staff.
¨ Ensure acceptance acceptance of all projects within the planned schedule
- Participate in the development of project related corporate strategy and planning
Qualification and Experience:
¨ B.Sc. Degree or its Equivalent in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
¨ Minimum of 2-8 years working experience in technical implementation of projects in any service, IT and Telecoms industries.
¨ Demonstrate experience in managing multiple projects successfully in Nigeria.
¨ Experience with project acceptance in the service industry.
¨ Minimum of 2 years experience in the telecoms and IT environment
¨ Understanding of PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies is required.
