Mobile App Developer Needed.

We are seeking a mobile app developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of Android and iPhone apps. The developer will lead the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. Apps will be mainly content based and integrated closely with the websites. In addition to delivering the product the successful candidate will be heavily involved in driving the mobile apps globally.


Main tasks and responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android and IOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle- concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support

• • Built iOS and Android installers with Antenna middleware, Testing the application on Android tablets, iPad retina, and non-retina devices.

• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
• Working closely with web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps

• • Working with front-end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features

• • Optimising performance for the apps

Requirement

• Proven work experience as a Mobile developer

• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android market

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Familiarity with OOP design principles

• UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Share link(s) to a portfolio within the job application. GitHub or Gitlab preferred.

• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), React, Flutter, dart, kotlin, Java (Android), Swift, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• A team player but can work independently too.

• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
