Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Business development, the Marketing Communications Manager is responsible to achieve a favourable understanding of the company solution delivery capabilities and its solutions among Corporates within the target market in order to promote successful sales. The role supports the sales function to ensure that revenue targets are met within set deadlines.
Develop a highly targeted and persuasive marketing campaign to ensure top of mind recall of key verbatim among high opportunity prospects and customers
Achieve market wide recognition of Serve Consulting key brand positioning
Broad and deep understanding of industries business issues
In-depth SAP solutions knowledge
Demonstrated superior technical ability and competing suppliers and solutions
Plan and carry out all marketing activities to agreed budgets, values and timeline
Carry out, and report, market, customer and competitor surveys
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of MBA / MSc
Required Experience 5 - 7 years
Professional user knowledge of SAP solution
Demonstrated experience and expertise in B2B Marketing, especially use of advertising, PR and direct marketing tools and techniques
Understanding of communication planning and management to achieve World-class production values and execution standards
Knowledge of, and experience with, use of selective media for specialized product or service campaigns
Familiarity with market research methodologies and analysis
Software solutions and applications/Information Technology
