An investment holding company with subsidiary companies mainly engaged in the steel-processing & steel-products manufacturing activities with factories in Nigeria was listed on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. It was incorporated under the Nigerian Companies Act 1996 on 12 July 2000 by the Aromolaro Family as a private company and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on 27th June 2005.
It requires the services of qualified individuals to fill these positions.
Quality Control Manager (REF 001):
Responsibilities:

• devising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
• reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;
• working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
• setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
• making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.

Requirements:
· Must Possess minimum of HND in any Applied Sciences, Polymer Sciences, Materials Sciences or related courses;
· Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Must have numerical and statistical ability;
· Must have an aptitude for analysis;
· Must possess minimum of 1 year cognitive experience.
Accountant(REF 002):
Responsibilities:
· preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts;
· preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting;
· advising on tax and treasury issues;
· negotiating terms with suppliers.
Requirements:
· Must possess HND/B.Sc in related field;
· Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Must possess organisational and time management skills;
· Must have integrity and trustworthiness;
· Must be IT proficient.
