FIELD MANAGER ENGINEER (SUB REGIONAL MANAGERS)
 Following up day to day operation activities. Must possess sound understanding of Telecom site maintenance
 5 years minimum experience
 Manages CAPEX and OPEX, site availability, budget control etc
 Good knowledge of different generators capacity and diesel consumption. Ability to troubleshoot on Telecom equipment (Rectifiers, Air Conditioners, ATS panels etc.)
 Ensure NOC tickets close within timeframe, plan diesel logistics, good in customer interaction skills
 Good technical & managerial skills. Should equally have reporting skills with at least 3 years’ experience.

ENERGY COORDINATOR/MANAGER
 Sound knowledge of Telecom passive infrastructure
 Possess good knowledge of PHCN connections, transformer and cable/wire installations.
 Excellent knowledge of Hybrid power management and energy optimization
 Possess good knowledge of batteries and rectifier modules
 Must possess a minimum of 5 years industry experience.

DOCUMENTATION COORDINATOR/MANAGER
 Regular data collection from all teams involved (eg site details , gen hours , PHCN /Hybrid Connections )
 Follow-up and update database regularly with changes in site database.
 MS process collection and ensure they are implemented
 Weekly reports of collections and tracking all regular database sent to customer
 Keeping track of assets movement within regions including manpower etc
 Possess strong skillset in MS excel , word, power point files , communication skills
 Minimum of 5 years experience is required.

QUALITY CONTROLLER
 Regular site quality supervision
 Plan, recommend and implement site quality improvement process
 build, Manage and monitor quality teams at region
 Ensure site quality compliance at required standard and regulatory requirements
 Preparing and monitoring ISO documentation and processes implementation
 Ensure that the best standards and materials are adhered to in our sites. Ability to manage, query and escalate inconsistencies in sites
 Prepare and implement Preventive action plan, must be quality conscious and ensure safety measures are also adhered to
