• Network maintenance
• Operating system installation and trouble shooting
• Hardware maintenance
• Daily Data backup execution
• Onsite support
• Database Administration
• VoIP Administration
• Microsoft Exchange Server Administration
Qualifications
• Minimum Second Class Upper DivisIon (2.1):
o Computer Science or Computer Engineering
o Electrical/ElectronicsEngineering
o Applied Physics or Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum 3 years post graduation experience in Server, Network, Telecommunications, IT
Infrastructure and Service Support
• Cisco Network Design & Management
• MCP, MCSE. CCNA, CCNP or MCDBA will be an advantage
General Competencies
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems (XP, Windows 7, Server 2008)
• Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server (2007/2010)
• General computer hardware knowledge
• Data administration and Designs (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Antivirus deployment and management
• VoIP Technology using Cisco UC520
• Virtualization using VMware or Windows Hyper-V
• Structured Cabling Knowledge
• LAN/MAN Management
• Experience covering the following IT skill areas will be an added advantage
o Application development (Adobe Flex Builder, ColdFusion, Dreamweaver)
o Report Creation (Business Object or Crystal Report)
o Software programming (using PHP, ASP, C#)
