Piston and Fusion Ltd (P&F) was established in 2009 by a team of seasoned professionals who saw a need to bridge the gap that exists in project best practices and project delivery in Nigeria. P&F has positioned itself as one of the fastest growing start up businesses in the south west region, with its core competence in Project Management. We also specialize in ICT related projects and hands-on training.
We currently seek to recruit a qualified individual to fill this position.
Description:
The position of client support service consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
Collate and respond to all enquiries from emails, phone calls and walk-in clients.
Assist and resolve all prospects and clients request, issues, challenges for all P&F products.
Develop, update and constantly improve the FAQ database for all P&F products.
Design and implement feedback mechanism for all P&F product and services.
Source prospects for all product and service lines via referrals from P&F existing clientele.
Close sales for prospects sourced via referrals.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Qualifications/Experience:
Candidate must have a good degree.
Previous experience in similar field would be an added advantage.
Must have good communication skills.
Must also have good interpersonal skills.
