Job Description

Digital Jewels Limited is a specialized Information Technology & Project Management Consulting and Capacity Building Firm. We need a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Maintain standards of Service Level Agreements on International & Local standards at all times.
Ensures Local Telecommunication Regulatory Policy Standards.
Ensures Quality Assurance standards across Enterprise.
Manages & maintains Incident/Problem & Change Management.
Accountable for the Life cycle of IT services.
Responsible for defining how business requirements are translated in service offerings.
Plan and define the strategy to deliver service offerings.
Contribute to the management of the portfolio of IT-enabled business investments.
Ensure the translation of IT strategic planning into tactical plans.
Providing for a prioritization scheme for the business objectives that quantifies the business requirements.
Responsible and accountable for the Life Cycle of IT Services.
Ensure operations are within Industry standards and Best practices linked to ITIL disciplines such as incident, problem, change, capacity and business continuity and disaster recovery management.
Ensure IT Data Operations & Data Center Technologies meet required quality standard.
Responsible for ensuring Corporate and/or individual compliance with ITU-T Industry & Government Regulations and quality standards.
Ensure the Security of the Enterprise’s Network & Cyber Systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of HND.
3-5 years experience in a related field.
Ability to work with less supervision.
Good communication skills.
Enterprising.
Coordinate, Plan good strategies for the business.
Good knowlege of IT trends.
