BTS and Microwave Installation Engineers

Requirements:

• Good University degree ,OND, HND or Proof of technical training in relevant fields
• Minimum of Two (2) years hands on experience in the installation of Huawei Microwaves and/or BTS’s.
• Experience with RFI Survey, RF Survey, TND/LOS Survey, EMF Test will be an added advantage.
• Experience with BTS & MW Installation for major vendors- 3G & 2G.
• Familiar with site master bird and anritus measuring of VSWR & DTF, sweep testing of antenna/feeder and
• Power test of BTS. Patching of alarm, ESB & E1 cables, indoor & outdoor installation of shelter equipment on
• Transmission Planning including UMTS 2G & 3G setup.
• Good knowledge of microwave PDH/SDH installation for E1 network optimizations,
• Configuration using manager Web LCT T2000 for 1+0 non protected system and
• 1+1 protected system.
• Understanding of SS7 managements tree using LMT software in BSC
• Good writing and analytical skill.
• Project Management skills will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Site Integration
