Our client, a fast growing real estate development and investment company with a number of on-going strategic mega projects across the country. Due to strategic repositioning, the firm currently requires the service of an individual with proven professional competence, drive and integrity to help meet increasing customer demands.

Job Title: Marketers

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications
• Developing and maintaining sales proposals and materials related to marketing
• Maintaining communication open lines with all individuals and organisations and providing prompt answers to request and managing customer relationships
• Working with customers in developing case studies, references and testimonials
• Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements:

• OND/HND in any relevant field
• A minimum of 1 - 3 years experience
• Sound understanding of marketing principles
• Effective and excellent communication and presentational skills
• Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals
• Plan decisions and practice good judgment
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
• Effectively communicate and make use of interpersonal skills
• Remuneration is based on commission
