This doesn’t have to be the case, telephone interviews are EASIER then face-to-face interviews because you cannot see the interviewer, you can actually pass your job interview wearing your PJs. Choose a quiet room with a good phone reception for the interview where you know that you will not be disturbed and feel comfortable. In front of you, you will need a copy of your CV or job application, pen and paper and a list of the key points you want to get across during the job interview2.
