Presents a 4 week intensive training on ASPEN HYSYS
TRAINING OBJECTIVES

• To equip Engineers and graduate Engineers on how to Design Oil and Gas facilities involving Engineering & Feasibility Studies at project initiation stage, Concept Selection and Front End engineering Design
• Process Modeling, Hydraulic Analysis,, Calculation, Specification Development, Documentation and Implementation
• To equip Engineers and graduate Engineers on how to Simulatee processes using Hysys and Pro II Simulation software
• To equip Engineers and graduate Engineers on how to Size system components, Equipment Selection and Data Sheets Preparation
• To equip Engineers and graduate Engineers on how to Prepare PFDs and P & IDs
• To equip Engineers and graduate Engineers on how to analyse process systems using Hysys simulation software to identify possible bottlenecks and recommend optimum design solutions
At the end of the training, trainees are expected to handle
CONCEPTUAL AND FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN OF NORTH OGUGU REVAMP PROJECT (CHEVRON PROJECT)
Project Scope:
North Ogugu Production Platform and Jacket G modification for 3-Phase Flow to Oguda Production platform
Fuel Gas System at North Ogugu to produce 0.5 MMscfd of Fuel Gas
Responsibilities on the North Ogugu Revamp Project:
Conceptual and FEED activities including pipeline network simulation, hydrate formation checks, slug calculation check, fuel gas topside model development, vessel capacity checks using Aspen Hysys simulation software and preparation of the PROCESS Simulation Report.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
OND,HND,B.Eng, M.Sc, PhD in Engineering or Natural Sciences
