POSITION: ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

LOCATION: LAGOS

Job Description
Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
• Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
• Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.

Skills/Qualifications

• 1-2 Years’ experience in accounting
• Minimum of OND in accounting & related field
• Knowledge of SFAS Rules
• Must possess the following skills- Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, General Math Skills

POSITION: OFFICE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: LAGOS

Responsibilities:
· General office administrative tasks like filing of document
· Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats.
· Answer Phone
· Use Microsoft word and Excel
· Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of SSCE
· 1 year experience
· Good communication skills
