A Fertility Clinic in Lekki/P1 Lagos, Nigeria has a vacancy for Front Desk Officers.

We are committed to inspiring and empowering a new cadre of front desk officers, by providing the skills and tools required for their personal and organizational development and transformation.

We are currently seeking to engage young dynamic, result oriented and self motivated Females as the Front Desk Officers.
with the following Academic qualifications and experience as a Front Desk Officer.

The individual hired for this position, will be the first contact of our organization and will maintain;sustain our brand.

Job Description:

* Making and receiving telephone calls; replying electronic messages.
* Managing and maintaining the flow of external correspondences.
* Managing and maintaining internal and external meeting schedule.
* Creating the electronic monthly updates for the organization.
* Assisting with logistics associated with the successful implementation of programs/events
* Assisting with updating of the organization contact database.
* Providing research support for the organization publication/events.
* Other administrative duties that may be assigned.

Qualification.

Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma – OND from a reputable institution with 2 years Experience

Requirements/Desired skills

* Excellent spoken English.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong writing skills.
* Cheerful and friendly.
* Team Player.
* Computer literacy - Excel and Office Applications
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Outstanding leadership skill.

Female-Candidates resident on the Island (LEKKI/AJAH AREA) are strongly preferred.

Duration: Full time employment

Location: Lekki/Lagos

Remuneration: Attractive and dependent on experience
