VACANT POSITON: LEGAL MANAGER

Our client, a reputable Engineering & Construction company, is seeking to hire an energetic, highly experienced, positive individual as Legal Manager with a proven successful track record in Commercial Law and litigation.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Qualified Lawyer.
• Must have Commercial Law experience.
• Must have Litigation experience.
• Minimum 6 years legal experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make Legal and contract structures for company commerce and supervise the implementation to avoid risks, improve efficiency and profit in company business.
• Coordinate the contract business, take the principle responsibility to maintain contract database, draft, review and lead the contract negotiation and administration during project implementation
• Give Legal advice and support to business development operations and compliance
• Give legal advice and support to general administrative, human resources and company operations

Essential Requirement:
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally & in writing to a wide range of people
• Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines
• Ability to direct staff and liaise with other departments
• Ability to engage and promote good working relationships at all levels
• Ability to manage and supervise more junior members of the team
• Highly motivated and reliable
