Vacant Position: Operations Manager – Fast Food Franchise Operations

A high-quality fast-food operation with various outlets in Lagos is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of first Degree in related Discipline.
• Masters Degree will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
? The ideal candidate should be an energetic and an accomplished Manager adept at business and operational management.
? 5-7 years experience in a relevant field.
? At Least 2 years of multi unit experience in Operations manager role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Day to day, hands-on operational control of all the outlets,
? Manage within the given budget to achieve guest satisfaction and good reputation in the local market place
? Food cost control, follow standard operation procedures and production process and maximize the operating contribution from each outlets
? Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at all outlets and ensure that all staff meets the regulations and requirements.
? Visit the outlets, meet the guests, clients and review the product quality and service standards.
? Coordinate with suppliers, source new suppliers for quality supplies at better rates, improve food supply arrangements.
? Oversee the stores operation, check reports, daily material receipt and issue.
? Take preventive measures to control spoilage, pilferage, damage of the Material.
? Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented at all business units and are observed by each and every staff.
? Create good team work & motivate staff by introducing various welfare programs, activities, performance based staff incentives, promotions and increments.
