Young Graduate Directorship Program is an entrepreneurship project making Nigerian graduates Business Owners & Directors. The project is in partnership with the public sector (FG), the private sector (financial institutions) and GNLD.
YGDP/NGN/14001 certainly ushers a new business perspective and influence of global economic systems.
MISSION: Fix Nigeria by raising young business leaders to take charge of the economy and wheel it in the right perspective.

YGDP Benefits:

1. Instant Earning:- Candidates start earning immediately after selection (from N60,000 - extrovert).
2. Directorship Bonuses & Grants:- We build leaders - people who change their perspective and influence society aright - empower them to freely earn Team Bonuses, Leadership Bonuses, & Int’l Business Grants, ranging between $1,000 to $100,000.
3. Travels:- All expense paid local & int’l business trips for leadership trainings and business development (min 3x/year).
4. National Recognition:- All selected candidates will be honored & recognized by the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Federal Government.

YGD Job Description:
As a successful candidate, you are a YG Director and your job is to transform peoples perspective and attitude by talking to them. You are also to train leaders to become like you about changing perspectives to accumulate a global system change. Effective training, growth or development always begins with attitude and perspective, changing individuals from the inside out.
Our primary focus is helping people take control of their health, not only physically but also financially and spiritually. Part of our mission is to transform lives by offering the Truest attitude orientation programs.
As a YG Director, you are a promoter of True Life, an ambassador of True Health and an example of True Wealth opportunity.
YGDP Business Model:
There are basically four business models, selected candidates will adopted the one suitable for him/her. They are outlined in form of options;

• Big Family
• Big Individual
• Small family
• Small Individual

Op 1.Big Family: YG Directors that chose this model will be responsible for 20 LTCs (Life Time Clients) - 20 families (husband & wife).
Responsibilities:-

• Transform their perspective and attitude.
• Teach them self discipline.
• Teach them self governance.
• Help them control & grow true wealth.

Total Earnings/Month:- N176,000
Assumption:- Earnings were calculated based on 16 LTCs, not 20. We also assume that you are a leader with sound & unwavering perspective and good attitude.
Op 2.Big Individuals: YG Directors who chose this model will be responsible for 20 LTC individuals, who may be suffering life threatening illnesses.
Responsibilities:-

• Transform their perspective and attitude.
• Teach them self discipline.
• Teach them self governance.
• Help them control & grow true wealth.

Total Earnings/month:- N160,000
Assumption:- Earnings were calculated based on 20 LTCs. We also assume that you are a leader with sound & unwavering perspective and good attitude.
Op 3.Small Family: This model choice is to LTC Families who, as a result of choice, work, or convenience, prefer to be handled separately. Instead of having 20 LTC Families, we have 40 LTC Families (separate).
Responsibilities:-

• Transform their perspective and attitude.
• Teach them self discipline.
• Teach them self governance.
• Help them control & grow true wealth.

Total Earnings/month:- N220,000
Assumption:- Earnings were calculated based on 40 LTCs. We also assume that you are a leader with sound & unwavering perspective and good attitude.

Op 4.Small Individuals: 40 LTC Individuals will be handled by any YG Director with this option. These individuals may or may not be connected to each other whatsoever.
Responsibilities:-

• Transform their perspective and attitude.
• Teach them self discipline.
• Teach them self governance.
• Help them control & grow true wealth.

Total Earnings/month:- N192,000
Assumption:- Our calculation is based on 32 LTCs, not 40. We also assume that you are a leader with sound & unwavering perspective and good attitude.

YGDP Qualifications:

1. All candidates must be resident in any Northern state.
2. SSCE/O levels:- Higher qualification only give an added advantage for the YGDP, it’s not mandatory.
3. Computer Knowledge:- Basic knowledge of computer (MS Office, Internet browsing, & basic operation) is required of any successful candidate.
4. Age:- 20 years and above as at December 2013.
5. Openness and willingness to learn.
6. Good and honest attitude.

DEADLINE:
January 31^st, 2014. Interviews will commence before the deadline & will continue after.
