Go to NYSC office at Maitama, last floor (Gowon House). Write an application, have photocopies of birth certificate and degree result. Submit it there and wait but it could be forever, so tip them there, they will process it in one week. I've done it twice. The only problem is that they give temporary exemption which expires every 6 months. I dont know why they never process permanent one.
