@blackshow.as at tuesday,i went 2my nysc state secretariat and afribank in akwa ibom state for d scratch card.but was told dat d scratch card has not being send from abuja 2 them yet.so i should check back by next week for it.u can check ur state nysc secretariat or afribank in order 2get urs.lovinah.
