No it's not a contract job. They just concluded a similar chat/test which I attended in Kano from Monday 24th August to Thursday 27th August for the North I guess. They are recruiting. The chat/interview on the 2nd is gonna be like a verification exercise where they will check out your CV and ask you some questions. If u pass the chat, you will be notified 2 days later and you will be invited to write an aptitude test maybe on the 5th of September. Wishing u the best of luck
