U've to be at least degree graduate (Bsc, BA or HND).
There is no age specification, once u r smart and young at heart u should be able to do ur job well.
It is easier to submit to the email addy than their website.

Eunice, i advise u go to their website through google.com
Type www.google.com and enter visaphone in d blank space on ur screen. It displays several options, pick d most related to visaphone in Nigeria and then go to their career section and submit ur CV.
I havent submitted mine though but am going to do it right away
