Vacancy for QA/QC facility Engineer

A wireless solution company for masts leasing with offices in Lagos Portharcourt, Abuja etc is need of a Quality Assurance Personnel who would serve as the representative at each site and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
• The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives.
• Monitor statistical method reporting.
• Action and close all customer complaints
• The reviewing of site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met in terms of quality.
• The control of onsite and offsite vendors.
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site


Job Requirements
• An Engineering degree with a major in a Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumental discipline or any related degree.
• 2 to 4 years experience as a QA/QC professional in a telecommunication/ maintenance company or related industry.
• Besides organizational competencies, project management, strategic thinking resourcefulness, creativity and thorough skills are desirable
