Vacancy -Chief Financial Officer in an Intergrated Food Services Company

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Port Harcourt
Report to: CEO

ACCOUNTABILITIES
The CFO's responsiblities shall include but is not restricted to the following;

• To work closely with the CEO and other members of the management team in providing ongoing management and financial support to the company's business/operational units.
• Direct supervision of the accounting, treasury and inventory functions of the company
• Continuously recommend new processes for improving the accounting and financial system of the company
• Manage existing process flow for compliance to internal controls in order to minimize wastages in working capital cycle
• Preparing and presenting daily statement of accounts as well as consolidated weekly reports on performance of the Company

EDUCATIONAL REQUIRMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management or related subjects
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CMA, CIS, CFA or any related financial certification
• MBA or other Post-Graduate degree is an added advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience with at least five (5) years spent managing the Finance & Accounts function of a medium-sized Multinational (preferably a multi-unit retail organization)
• Prior experience or exposure to treasury and inventory functions in a manufacturing firm
• Prior experience in a management position in an international audit firm
• Should be conversant with the use of the Sage Pastel accounting package or any other internationally renowned accounting package
• Prior experience as a business general or functional manager is an added advantage
