[b]A Primary Mortgage Institution based in Lagos require the services of qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

1. HEAD, CREDIT AND MORTGAGE UNIT - REF. HCMU1009
Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO
- The ideal candidate should be between 30-40 years with a good degree/HND from a recognised University/Polytechnic
- The candidate should have any of the following professional qualifications, ACA, AOB, ACCA and/ or post graduate degree with an upward of 8 years cognate experience in similar industry, the last four of which must have been in senior management position.
- The candidate shall be responsible for the overall operations of the Credit and Mortgage Unit.

2. HEAD, FINANCE AND STRATEGY - REF. HFP1009
The ideal candidate reporting to the Managing Director
- should be between 30-40 years with a good degree/HND from a recognised University/Polytechnic.
- He/She should also possess either ACA or ACCA with an added advantage of a post graduate degree or MBA.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years cognate experience in similar industry, 4 of which must have been the senior management level
- The candidate shall also be responsible for our overall activities with correspondence banks and regulatory authorities.

3. HEAD, MARKETING UNIT - REF. HMU1009
Reporting to Divisional Head, Treasury Operations
- The ideal candidate should be between 30-35 years with a good degree/HND from a recognised University /Polytechnic.
- Professional qualification such as ACIB and/ or MBA would be an added advantage.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years cognate experience in similar position.

General qualities required for all positions
Candidates for all positions should:
• Have strong grasps of the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Have strong interpersonal skill with proven result
• Be proactive with high level of integrity and commitment
• Have deep knowledge of financial services sector.
• Be team player with bias for action.
• Be computer literate with proficiency in the use office Packages.
