Urgent Vacany: PA / Confidential Secretary to MD

A well known Pharmaceutical Company with is Head Office based Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, seeks to hire a mature, disciplined and intelligent individual (preferably Female) to fill the position of PA / Confidential Secretary to MD.

Requirements

- Must possess HND in Secretarial Administration or a relevant discipline
- Must have 3-5 years relevant experience
- Must have the ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Must be smart, well groomed and organised with attention to detail
- Good administrative, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written)
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Must be IT proficient (MS Office)
- Must be between the ages of 30 and 35years
- Must live on the Island (within the vicinity of Obalende and Ajah)

Remuneration: Gross pay between 80K and 140K depending on experience and competence, Christmas bonus, 13 month salary
