Urgent Vacancy for Accountant in a Port Harcourt hotel

We are a well established 3 Star Hotel in the Heart of PORT HARCOURT CITY and we urgently require the services of dynamic, resourceful, experienced and self-motivated personnel to fill the position below:

Position: ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:
Minimunm qualification is HND Accounting with lower credit
Progress in ICAN or other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Premium 2008 is very key
Minimum of three years post qualification experience as a full accountant
Must have worked or currently works in a supervisory level accountant in a reputable organization preferably an Hotel
Should not be more than 35 years of age.
Candidate must be resident of Port Harcourt

Duties:
Monthly preparation of Management Reports
Liaise with our corporate clients on finance matters
Monitoring routine account postings daily
Keeping receivable and payable accounts
Writing of Cheques for Retainers and vendors
Posting of bank Tellers into Gen-Journal
