Our client, a well established leasing company engaged in equipment
and commercial leasing services, is desirous of manning its
operations with capable and experienced professionals to drive and
achieve the company's objectives. The company has the following
vacancies and urgently needs to fill them:

Credit Manager– CCL 001

Core functions for this position are:

• Manage the company's credit portfolio.
• Design, implement and review company's credit policies in
line with best practice in the commercial leasing sector.
• Proper assessment of credit and other funding requests and
screening of clients.
• Manage and ensure prompt repayment of leased equipment
• Generate reports and keep repayment defaults within
acceptable limits set by the company.

Qualifications

• A first degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related
discipline.
• A profession qualification by a highly recognised body.
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of commercial lease operations.

Person Specifications

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Numeracy and mathematical ability
• Not older than 35 years of age.

Risk Manager- CCL 002

Core functions for this position are:

• Develop and implement systems, policies and procedures for
the identification, collection and analysis of risk related
information.
• Educate and train the leadership, staff and business
associates as to the risk management program, and their
respective responsibilities in carrying out the risk
management program
• Lead, facilitate, and advise departments in designing risk
management programs within their own departments.
• Design contingency plans
• Decide whether to avoid the risk, reduce it, retain it or
transfer it.

Qualifications

• A first degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business
Management or related discipline.
• A profession qualification by a highly recognised body.
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of commercial lease operations.

Person Specifications

• Sound analytical skills with a keen eye for details
• The ability to understand complex financial and insurance
products
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Not older than 35 years of age.

Internal Auditor– CCL 003

Core functions for this position are:

• Plan, organise and carry out the internal audit function to
verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards,
policies and procedures.
• Compile audit findings and make recommendations for
modifications and improvements to systems and procedures.
• Review audit policies and programmes as well as monitor
management's response and implementation.
• Coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure
that each party is not only aware of the other's work but
also well briefed on areas of concern
• Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance
of the financial and other information that is provided for
management

Qualifications

• A first degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related
discipline.
• A profession qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CIBN)
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in business analysis function preferably in a
financial institution.
• Knowledge of commercial lease operations.
