for the following positions below:



FACTORY ENGINEER:

He reports directly to the Factory Manager and will be responsible for efficient

utilization of equipment.

Candidate should possess the following skills, knowledge, attributes and

qualifications:

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit

• Ability to learn and share knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision

• Zeal to get result

• Self motivated

• Completion of NYSC is required.



SALES ENGINEER - HVAC/Air-conditioning

Job Description:

• Liaise with Developers, Main Contractors, M&E Consultants & ACMV contractors

• Handle project tenders and conduct presentations - Handle Pre Post Project

lenders ; increase market share

• Experience in project sales

• Knowledge of VRF, packaged Units, Fan coil units, Air handling units, Chiller,

split-units air-conditioning system will be an added advantage

• Provide good customer service while attending 10 sales enquiries

• Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing

customers and consultants

• Increase customer base to achieve sales target and to attain departmental and

organizational goals

• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up

• Attend site meetings, customer complaints and follow-up with internal

departments



• Be a team player and have exceptional communication skills

• They must be aggressive, competitive; goal oriented and possesses a strong

desire to sell


• Fixed & variable transport allowances given if owning a car

• Good knowledge of air-conditioning design and selection will be an added

advantage

• Able to work effectively under pressure and results oriented

• Strong computer skills

• Fresh graduates are welcome
