4. Fibre Optics and Transmission engineer or Project manager

5. Telecoms Finance Analyst

6. Legal and Regulatory Analyst

7. HR/Training Specialist

8. Operations and Maintenance Senior Manager

9. Senior/Experienced Implementation and Telecoms infrastructure construction engineer
