I am interested please and I am a graduate student of NIIT Kaduna study centre.
I am an MCSA Certified with lots of practical experience from FBN PLC.

If by FBN Plc the guy meant First Bank Nig Plc and he is an MCSA with dat kind of experience, i wonder wat he is going to do in NIIT despite the fact that some1 has stated the salary that you will get.
Are currently still with FBN plc or u did IT or NYSC...........beta remain with FBN Plc if u re currently with them instead of looking at movin to NIIT.......

its really a disgrace.This thing u guys are talking about isnt only with NIIT.other training centers do pay like that.I am saying this out of experience.When you come for the training, they will paint the picture but when it comes to working for them, its a different ball game altogether.

nigeria. but I think this thing about NIIT IS a big disgrace. how will they collect upto 180k for a student and pay thier lectures 25k or 30k.that is wickedness. people what do you think

Guys let me inform you of the reason for the maltreatment of Intsructors at these centres.

When a businessman in his right senses buys an NIIT or Aptech franchise for say 20M for 10 yrs, get a leased or rented a house for 10M per annum. He will also pay service charge (diesel, Electricity bill, water bill, etc) of about 5M per annum as well.

Tell me how he can break even in this business if he pays exhorbitant salary to his staff irrespective of how much he gets from students.

The problem we have in this country is the way the economy is run and i don't think it's appropriate to just nail any employer for what seems like wickedness on the outside.

Until there is a proper structure that addresses the issue of qualification/experience as regards your salary bracket from industry to industry,most graduates and the likes will continue to be underpaid irrespective of their qualifications.

Even the developed world have been faced with all these issues in the past.

Let us keep hoping things will work out for Nigeria soon.
