Software Engineer wanted in Abuja urgently!

A company in ABUJA that is into documents management requires the services of a Software Engineer.

Responsibilities of the software engineer include:

-Consult and develop effective relationships with the company's clients’ technical support staff
-Create solutions to address questions about our software and diagnose issues that arise through the usage of our software in both production and theoretical environments
-Document cases via technical writing pieces
-Test web- and Windows-based software
-Provide technical support via phone, email, web-based chat, and remote access sessions to our customers for deployment and production issues by researching, troubleshooting, and analyzing customer software performance issues etc.

Education/Technical skills:
Education:
Completed bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Bachelor’s degree

Technical skills:
Proficiency with troubleshooting Windows, particularly 2003 and XP, is preferred
Experience with web programming in ASP.NET (VB.NET and C#.NET)
Experience with Javascript (Experience with AJAX a plus)
Solid understanding of relational design and SQL (experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005 a plus)
Knowledge of networking environments in Microsoft Active Directory a plus.
Knowledge of Windows SDK and MFC preferable
Extensive knowledge of C/C++ with strong OO design skills
OS installation experience
SharePoint installation experience
