Hello house members, if you had to choose between these two pragrammes what will your choice be. Kindly give reasons.
Well if the problem is choice I will go for TOTAL IPS bcos both programmes entails the same level of stress and d same amt of effort to be put into it at the end of the day elf has more over the board trainings and their package is better off not just salary wise but including benefits and social security..
But from the little i have gathered, Shell SITP is a kind of guarnteed employement, while attending the TOTAL IPS isnt guaranteed employement. Any contrary opinion?
