Project Managers. Wanted(TELECOMS)

Our Client a Telecoms company involved in cell site build, is looking for very experienced Project Managing Co-ordinators.

Job Description:

Manage the regional projects, reporting, preparing spreadsheets,
• Reports and accountable to the Regional Manager
• Responsible for collating information on materials delivery (tracking and delivery schedules)
• Manages all the secretariat duties in the project department
• Prepare site build cost
• Ensure the engineers on site get funds allotted to them on time
• Liaising with accounts to ensure cash transfer to sites are done promptly
• Ensure the Engineers on sites are acquainted with currents events in the office.
• Collating and sending Daily site updates to Head office for project Management.
• Liaising with Clients in the region (Port Harcourt/Asaba) with regard to site progress
• Ensure that materials are requested and dispatched to sites on time
• Follow up of requested materials for sites.
• Controlling the maintenance of buildings and operational vehicles for supervisors
• Ensure pre-determined process and best practices are followed at all times.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time and to work extended hours if required.

Qualification:

.- Candidate must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil, Mech or its equivalent.
• Specialist in work and manpower planning and quality improvement
.- Minimum of 8 years experience (4 in a managerial level) in project Mgt. for Cell site integration
• Practical Experience in Project Implementation and Management
• Background in Logistics coordination and Control
.- Candidate must be very good in the Use of AUTOCAD software
.- Candidate must be very proficient in the Use of other MS office suites
