Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

A manufacturing company based in Lagos is urgently in need of a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate is expected to have minimum of two years cognate experience on the job.

Strong knowledge of Excel,microsoft packages and the use of internet.

Ability to communicate perfectly in English Language,Proactive.analytical,organised,good knowlege of filling system

Ability to use initiative and can consistently work under pressure

Responsibilities

Managing the office of the ED

Arranging travel plan for the expartrate,visa processing,communicating with various embassy,RENEWAL OF CERPAC,MJRV
