A pension fund Administrator in the pension industry seeks professionals to join their team in these roles:

HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP (REF. 001)

Qualification, knowledge and skills
• A first degree from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division), preferably in the social sciences.
•Proficient in the use of computer.
• Higher degree(s) and other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in marketing of financial services, direct marketing services and customer service in related industries will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Effective negotiator & strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
• Minimum of five years' experience including at least two (2) years in a PFA.

HEAD, BUSINESS SUPPORT GROUP (REF.002)

Qualification, knowledge and skills
• A first degree from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division), preferably in the social sciences.
• Proficient in the use of computer.
• Higher degree(s) and other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in operations unit of a financial services and customer service in related industries will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Effective negotiator & strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
• Minimum of five years' experience including at least two (2) years in a PFA.

HEAD, TREASURY & INVESTMENT UNIT - (REF. 003)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• A first degree or its equivalent from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division). Proficient in the use of computer
• A good Professional Qualification like ACCA, ICAN,CIS or CFA
• Financial services industry knowledge, i.e. equity, bond & money market • Financial reporting & economic analysis skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Minimum of four (4) year's experience with at least one (1) in a PFA.

HEAD, OPERATIONS UNIT - (REF. 004)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• A first degree or its equivalent in a numerate or business discipline from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division)
• Professional qualifications e.g. ACA, ACII, MBA will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of operations management and computerized information systems
• Be able to start up procedures and maintain an efficient work flow
• Prior experience in operations in a financial services operations environment (treasury, pension, mutual funds) will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and an eye for details
• Analytical & problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of computer
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience with at least one (1) in a PFA.

HEAD, ACCOUNTS & ADMIN UNIT - (REF. 005)
Reporting to the Head, Business Support Group

Qualification, knowledge and skills• A first degree or Its equivalent from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division). Proficient In the use of computer
• Professional membership of ICAN or ACCA
Prior experience in audit & control in a financial services environment (treasury, pension, mutual funds) will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of audit application tools.
•Analytical & problem-solving skills
•Minimum of five years' relevant experience with at least two (2) years in a PFA.

HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION -( REF. 006)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
•A first degree or its equivalent from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division).
•Analytical & problem- solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of computer
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of personnel computer application tools
•Minimum of three years relevant experience in a financial services firm.

HEAD, INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (REF.007)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• A first degree from a reputable University (not below second class Upper Division), preferably in the sciences
• Enterprise Database Management System e.g. (SQL server, SYBASE, Oracle, MYSQL, etc), Installation, administration, management and support.
• Operating Systems (Linus, Windows & Windows 2003 server)
• Programming and application development tools (VB.Net, Visual Studio, Reporting Services, ate). Website Support and
Management skills
• Excellent team player, documentation & Project Management Skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Effective negotiator & strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
• Minimum of three years' experience with at least eighteen (12) months in a PFA.
