Oceanic Consultancy Services Limited.... SCAM! \Be careful

It has come to the attention of the Management of Oceanic Bank International Plc (Oceanic Bank) that a firm identifying itself as Oceanic Consultancy Services Limited has, under the guise of consulting for Oceanic Bank, sent out invitations to unsuspecting candidates for employment tests and interviews at a fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira).

We hereby state categorically that Oceanic Consultancy Services Limited is not related to or an affiliate of Oceanic Bank International Plc. Furthermore, Oceanic Bank, as a responsible corporate entity, does not test/interview candidates for a fee and is not carrying out any tests/interviews through Oceanic Consultancy Services Limited.

Members of the public are hereby advised to refrain from dealing with the firm of Oceanic Consultancy Services Limited on any issues relating to Oceanic Bank, particularly but not restricted to employment tests and/or interviews; Oceanic Bank will thus not be liable for any losses, damages or claims which may result from any such past or current dealings with Oceanic Consultancy Services Limited. Oceanic Bank has, in fact, reported the development to appropriate security agencies for investigation.
