i am very sure they will allow you to write that test where u are slated for, but all thesame to be very sure of that you can try and call the recruitment center in abuja. just try and get their number,i will furnish you with the number if i get it.to answer pple asking weather HND are called,yes they are call and for graduate trainee.keep in touch and all the best to all.what is worth doing atall is worth doing well.
