Guyz What I advice is to practice shl questions.LNG as about 4 different shl test esp for experienced postions.I am sure we will write Numerical and verbal reasoning.Right now i can remember the other two.Best of luck to everyone of us.

I suggest he calls NLNG office to confirm cos I wonder if it would've been a mistake.
Sometimes, if ur CV looks like u r an old competent hand, the recruiters tend to jump protocol.
Let me kno his years of exp n where he has worked.
