Family Health International (FHI) is dedicated to improving lives, knowledge, and understanding worldwide through a highly diversified program of research, education, and services in family health and HIV/AIDS prevention and care, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, LABORATORY SERVICES (High Technology)
The Associate Director, Laboratory Services (High Technology) will provide leadership in all high technology laboratories for FHI in Nigeria focusing on HIV, TB, malaria and other infectious diseases.
Qualifications:
• MS/MA plus 7-9 years relevant experience or PhD/MD plus 5-7 years relevant experience in molecular biology, molecular genetics, genetic engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting in the areas of molecular diagnosis, viral load determination, drug resistance testing, genotyping, and nucleic acid sequencing
• Familiarity with public sector health systems, donor agencies, NGOs, and CBOs is required
