Need A web base application developer

Hello,

I need a developer to develop a web based application for bulksms website using any of desktop application, customizable upload tool, SMPP,or HTTP.

I need something where people can login to my SMS website like www.eagleslinksms.com,then sign up for user name and password. Then I will be able to create web interface for them where they can store GSM numbers, view their SMS credit, edit their registration profile etc. Then I will be able to credit their SMS account from my own SMS credit bought from my service provider, set their price etc via my reseller control panel.
